Equine Medicine at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital

Recipients

To promote education in the equine species, Robert "Bob" and Margaret McEachern decided to establish a Distinguished Professorship in Equine Medicine in the College of Veterinary Medicine. In discussions between Bob and the dean at the time (Dr. Borje Gustafsson), Bob expressed his hope that a distinguished professorship would also help veterinary medicine continue its educational efforts with animal sciences and eventually lead to the development of a strong, joint equine program.
