Dr. Ron Sande Excellence in Radiology Education Fund

This Fund honors Dr. Ronald D. Sande, a Twin Falls, Idaho, native, who graduated with his DVM from the Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1966. Later, in 1971 and 1975, also at WSU, he earned MS and Ph.D. degrees respectively. In 1969, he formally joined the faculty of the WSU veterinary college as an instructor of large animal medicine and surgery. During his career he served as both a division head for clinical services and chief of radiology from 1973 to 1995. He is a past president of the American College of Veterinary Radiologists, Educators in Veterinary Radiology Society, and the Veterinary Ultrasound Society.
