James L. Seabrandt Memorial Graduate Fellowship in Environmental Microbiology

This graduate fellowship was established in 1998 in memory of James L. Seabrandt by his wife, Bernadine Flufs Seabrandt.  Both Jim and Beradine are graduates of the Department of Bacteriology and Public Health, which changed to the Department of Microbiology and is now the School of Molecular Biosciences, at the then Washington State College (WSC).

Awarded to a Graduate Student pursuing a degree in environmental microbiology with preference to U.S. citizen.
